CANCELLATION POLICY Boat Tours
– Free cancellation 7 days before the service with refund
– Free cancellation in case of bad weather and sea conditions
– Cancellation under 7 days loss deposit paid
– If the captain in according to the Manager decides that there are no conditions to ensure the safety of passengers due to bad weather conditions, any amount paid will be reimbursed.
Possibility to reschedule the tour for the following days or to anticipate the tour, if possible.
Issue of a Voucher to be used within 24 months from the date of the cancellation.
If the customer cannot move the cruise or does not want a future ticket for a future excursion, we will proceed with a full refund of the service. The safety of our customers and crew comes first !
